COPADERBY is currently in Beta. Things are still being tuned, and some rough edges are expected. Your reports help us find and fix them.
Quick fixes
Restart the app
Fully close COPADERBY and open it again. This clears most temporary glitches. Your career progress is saved on your device.
Check your connection
Daily, 1V1 and Rank need an internet connection. If a board doesn't load or a score doesn't submit, check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again. Single-player careers work offline.
Install the newest build
Open the TestFlight app and make sure the newest COPADERBY build is installed. Many issues are already fixed in a later build.
Feedback and bug reports
Found a bug, or have an idea? Tell us. The most useful reports include:
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen
- what happened instead, ideally with a screenshot
- your device model, iOS version and the COPADERBY build number shown in TestFlight
During the Beta, the quickest route is TestFlight itself: take a screenshot in COPADERBY and choose Share Beta Feedback, or open the TestFlight app, select COPADERBY and tap Send Beta Feedback.
